What is love?

Does anyone else think the word boyfriend or girlfriend is too cliche? And to say I love you nowadays its completely lost its meaning. You even have 11 or 12 year olds supposedly "dating" and the most they do is kiss in front of their mates and then they break up but they claim that was love. But it's not! It seriously disgusts me that we throw these statements around so easily and then later claim it meant nothing.


Then you have celebrities like Katy Perry and Russell Brand for example.
They got married and they clearly loved each other. But why the hell is Russell claiming it meant nothing?!
Of course it meant something, despite whether you regret it not or not. Why lie to yourself? You're not fooling anyone son, so why bother? It meant a hell of a lot at the time. You married the girl, for fucksake. Does marriage mean NOTHING now?


Not to mention he's cashing in on $2 million from the divorce. What a hypocrite! Bet it means something now eh, Russell?

Pour yourself an expensive glass of champagne Russell, Maybe making a toast to love will jog your memory you scumbag!




This does nothing for our kids. What are we showing them? That love means nothing. That it is nothing...
The amount of divorces nowadays. No one wants to even try and make it work. If people weren't so lazy when it came to "trying" then maybe there'd be a hell of a lot less kids that were messed up by their parents' constant fights and moving from one house to the next. That is not a home, my friend.


People should think before they say "I do."
Do you actually love this person? Yes? Then good. To be honest if you even have to ask yourself that question, you shouldn't be marrying them. Yeah I may be young but I would run away with J today if I could. Unfortunately in our vain world money is  huge factor in supposed "love" Also relationships don't work if someone lies. never a good thing...


And because I'm young people automatically ASSUME you can't be in love with someone. Sounds a little hypocritical since I slagged 12 year olds for saying they were in love. I didn't mean it like that exactly. I mean the kids that simply show basic levels of affection for each other and are quick to put it in a nice little box with a label saying love. If you do happen to be of that age but you know in your heart you would happily spend eternity with this person then Good on you! Go for it and stay together!


Love is many things. It comes and goes. It can be in conjunction with hate too when you love someone so much you are so sick of the sight of them. An addiction is like that too. They're bad for you yet you love them. Love is confusing. You can think you love someone but when it comes down to it, you don't. Then you find someone you love no matter what, no matter how many times you fight with each other, insult each other, hurt each other, you'd still happily die for them. People, don't be under the illusion love is good. Think of it more as a curse. A good curse I suppose, but a curse all the same. Like the leech that got out the disease but still sucked your blood.
It's beautiful all the same.
